First, the profile that candidates need to prepare to apply for a job as a security guard is all the necessary documents, meeting the company's regulations and requirements, to prove to the employer. Job applicants and candidates can buy ready-made sample resumes which are sold at bookstores, grocery stores, supermarkets, etc.

According to the company's recruitment regulations, a set of resumes includes:

  1. Copy of Identity Card (ID card), or Citizen ID Card (CCCD), or Passport, valid as prescribed by law and the original for comparison.
  2. Curriculum Vitae (SYLL): SYLL needs to be fully informed and certified by the competent local agency, ward/commune level within 06 months;
  3. Medical Examination Certificate (Health Certificate): issued by a competent medical authority within 06 months.
  4. Application for Personnel Confirmation: issued and certified by a competent authority within 06 months.
  5. Application form: handwritten or according to the available form.
  6. Relevant diplomas and certificates.

In case the profile is not completed

In case the candidate's profile does not have all the documents as prescribed above, the company will consider it based on the direct interview. And candidates can still be accepted to work at the company. But in the case of incomplete documents, you need to complete the entire dossier, after entering the company to work and the time limit to complete the dossier is no more than 2 weeks from the date of entering the company to work.

In case you do not have a job application

According to the recruitment rules and regulations of Sekin Security, we will not recruit candidates without a resume. However, to create conditions for employees, the company will also consider in some special cases. Therefore, according to the Regulations on the Application for Job Application in this article, we will only recruit those who do not have a Resume if and only if the following three conditions are met:

  1. First condition: Must have a guarantor. The guarantor must be an officer or employee who has been working at Sekin Security for at least one month.
  2. Second condition: Must have original Identity Card or Citizen ID or Passport. At the same time, the candidate commits to complete the application within no more than 2 weeks from the date of being recruited.
  3. Third condition: must be determined by the Branch Chief (or authorized Area Commander).
