Regulations on Distribution and Use of Uniforms at SEKIN

Uniform is the default equipment, necessary for a professional security guard. All security guards and bodyguards of Sekin Security will be provided with free uniforms and disseminated company rules immediately after being recruited into the company (see more: Regulations on Recruitment of Professional Security Officers).

The uniform is not only a mandatory requirement for a professional security guard at Sekin Security according to the service standards set by the company, but also represents the image and brand of the company. Therefore, the implementation of regulations on uniforms is the responsibility of all employees of Sekin Security.

Sekin Security Uniform Design Pattern:

Sekin Security Security Guard Uniforms are designed according to the regulations and standards of Sekin Security Services Joint Stock Company, and made by the leading uniform supplier in Vietnam.

Description of Sekin Security Uniform:

Sekin Security's uniform is a dark blue, straight leg pants. Casual pants style; Front body has 02 cups; upper back body has 01 right surgical pocket;

Sekin Security's uniform is a white shirt. There are short-sleeve or long-sleeve types, with a bent neck. The front body has two outer sewn pockets and has a raised edge brace in the middle of the bag; shirt brace. 02 flaps with floating brace running along the middle, wrist splint, back body with shoulder girdle; Sekin Security Logo on both sides.

Sekin Security's uniform cap is a soft cap, with a cap, the same color as the pants. The front of the hat has the company logo attached.

Shoulder: soft form, according to Sekin Security design standards

Shoes: according to the company's regulations and the design of the shoes of the general department of logistics.

Tie: 5cm version according to the company's design and blue-black.

Nameplate/Name Tag: according to the company's regulations on style, size, and design

Regulations on Issue of Uniforms of Sekin Security:

All Sekin Security security guards will be provided with free uniforms. The list of newly issued protective uniforms, quantities and deadlines for exchange and return are as follows:

1. Cap: 01 pcs, shelf life 12 months
2. Shirt: 02 pcs, shelf life 06 months
3. Pants: 02 pcs, shelf life 06 months
4. Shoulder: 02 piece, shelf life 12 months
5. Tie: 01 piece, shelf life 12 months
6. Shoes: 01 pair, shelf life 12 months
7. Nameplate or name tag: 01 pcs, shelf life 12 months

All uniforms, when used beyond the specified time limit, will be returned and issued a new one.

Regulations on Returning Sekin Security Uniforms:

• The Human Resources Department is responsible for monitoring and managing the issued uniforms and requesting security guards to return them when the uniforms have expired.
• In cases where security guards need to return and exchange before the deadline, they need to be confirmed by the direct management level and send a request to return the uniform. The Human Resources Department is responsible for verifying and returning the uniform in accordance with the company's regulations.
